摘要
以ZH540B钻攻中心为载体,通过对基本参数设定、坐标轴移动速度提高、刚性攻丝优化等方面进行研究与优化,机床的效率有了大幅提高,同时保证了加工零件的精度,满足了用户需求。
To take ZH540 B drilling center as an example,through the research and optimization of basic parameter setting,axis movement speed increasing,rigid tapping optimization,the efficiency of the machine tools is greatly increased,at the same time,the accuracy of machining parts is ensured,the requirements of users are met.
