摘要
为研究复合喷雾冷却条件下高速车削TC4钛合金硬质合金刀具的磨损,选取95 m/min、139 m/min两个不同的切削速度,在干切削和复合喷雾冷却条件下进行了高速车削钛合金试验。结果表明:在切削速度为95 m/min时复合喷雾冷却条件下的刀具磨损较慢;在切削速度为139 m/min时干切削条件下的刀具磨损较慢。在高速车削TC4钛合金时应依据切削速度对复合喷雾冷却进行合理选择。
In order to research the wear of the carbide tool during turning TC4 titanium alloy with high speed under the condition of composite spray cooling,with the two different cutting speeds of 95 m / min and 139 m /min,the experiments of turning titanium alloy with high speed are carried out under the condition of dry cutting and composite spray cooling. The results show that: under the condition of the cutting speed of95 m / min and the composite spray cooling,the tool wear is slower; under the condition of the cutting speed of 139 m / min and the dry cutting,the tool wear is slower. The composite spray cooling should be chosen reasonably according to the cutting speed during turning TC4 titanium alloy with high speed.
