摘要
为解决数控电解加工中由于制造和装配误差引起圆柱类阴极轴向跳动大的问题,现基于电解加工原理对装夹于数控电解加工机床上的阴极进行在线反铐修正。首先研究了数控电解加工原理,找到修正量跟加工参数之间的关系;其次通过正交试验找到电源电压、频率、修正时间、电解液压力等参数的最优组合,阴极轴向跳动由最初的0.25 mm减小为0.004 mm;最后利用修正好的阴极钻削一工件,结果显示阴极跳动减小,加工中短路现象明显减少,加工孔的圆度明显改善。
In order to solve the problem of NC electrochemical cathode flounce which is produced by manufacturing errors and clamping,the research on how to correct cathode with NC electrochemical method is done.First,studies the theory of NC electrochemical machining,finds the relationship between correction value and processing parameters. Second,orthogonal tests are done to find the optimized parameters value like power supply,frequency,correction time,voltage,and electrolyte pressure and correction clearance. At last,tests show a perfect result of corrected cathode machined holes and ruled surface. So the online correction of NC electrochemical cathode offers a good method to eliminate cathode errors.
