介绍了凸轮轴螺纹在高频炉上回火加热的工装夹具。该夹具确定了螺纹回火时的准确位置,从而保证了螺纹回火后从螺牙顶部到螺纹根部、螺纹在圆周方向上硬度的均匀性,避免了以前出现的螺纹崩丝、滑丝和凸轮轴圆锥部位的断裂失效。

This paper introduces the jig of camshaft thread in the high frequency tempering furnace heating. The jig ensures the accurate position of thread when tempering,thus ensuring the thread from the top teeth to the root,the uniformity of hardness in circumferential direction,avoid the thread of collapse,wire and cone area fracture failure of the camshaft.
