摘要
针对传统铸造铝硅镁合金高温性能较差的现状,研制了一种新型的改良铝硅镁系铸造铝合金,改善了其高温力学性能。并重点探讨了Ba盐变质对该改良铝硅镁系铸造铝合金组织和性能的影响,实验结果表明:Ba盐变质处理对该改良合金是有效的,其最佳加入量为1.0%,最佳变质温度为750℃左右,变质长效性可达3.5 h,重熔稳定性可达4次。
For the poor high-temperature performance and traditional mechanical properties of Al-Si-Mg can not meet the industrial needs,a new type of modified Al-Si-Mg casting aluminum alloy is developed in this paper,and studied the modification of Barium modification. The modification effect on the improvement Al-Si-Mg casting aluminum alloy and its structure are also studied. The results show that Barium modification on the improvement of casting Al-Si alloy is effective. Further analysis show that 1. 0% Barium modification is the suitable percentage contents. The best modification temperature is 750℃,the lasting modification effects can reach 3. 5 h,and the remelting stability can reach up to 4 times.
