摘要
为了解决磨削过程中砂轮因磨损钝化而频繁修整,从而使磨削效率降低的问题,采用了一种磨粒高出露的钎焊砂轮。自制了粗粒度钎焊金刚石砂轮,砂轮制成后对其进行了预修整,减小了砂轮表面磨粒出露高度的不平度,然后对氧化锆材料进行了磨削实验,在磨削实验的过程中无需对砂轮进行再修整,砂轮磨削性能稳定。实验证明,这种砂轮磨削质量可靠,达到了较理想的磨削效果。
In grinding,grinding wheel must be dressed frequently for the reason of grinding wheel wearness and passivation,which decreases grinding efficiency. In order to solve the problem,uses a kind of grinding wheel with high grain protrusion. Fabricated an indigenous coarse brazed diamond grinding wheel. After the fabrication,the grinding wheel is pre-dressed for the sake of reduction of grain height inequality in the grinding wheel surface. Then there is no need to dress further in the grinding experiment. The grinding performance of grinding wheel is stable. The experiment indicates that the grinding quality of the grinding wheel is reliable,and realistic grinding effect is achieved.
