摘要
主要对可倾瓦轴承的核心部件瓦块的加工和测量的关键技术进行研究,在分析瓦块加工难点的基础上,确定了合理的加工路线,设计了专用的夹具,并借助CAXA软件完成程序的编制和工件的加工。通过分组实验,可以得到这种方法在提高生产效率的同时,也很好地保证了加工质量。此外在工件测量时,巧妙地应用了两种测量方法成功测量出瓦块的关键尺寸。
Mainly studies the processing and measuring technologies of tilting- pad,which is the core component of tilting- pad bearing. Based on the analysis of tile processing difficulty,determines the reasonable processing line,designs a special fixture,develops the program to complete the part with the CAXA software. The method can improve production efficiency,but also can ensure a good processing quality which can be certified by grouping experiment. In addition,two measurement methods are used cleverly to measure the critical dimension of tile when measuring parts.
