摘要
讨论一种滚动轴承结构式加工圆锥滚动体无心磨床砂轮轴精密装配方法,依据自行建立的双列向心短圆柱滚子轴承1:12的内孔锥度与轴锥度研合度检验概念,发展和完善孔、轴配合产生角度误差修磨及研合的措施,以其独特的观点剖析误差产生的原因从而引导出解决问题的路径,能够对类似结构的装配提供理论性指导意见,也可供机械加工设备的装配及使用维修借鉴和参考。
Discuss a rolling bearing structure type machining conical roller centerless grinding wheel axis precision assembly method,on the basis of the double row cylindrical roller bearing 1: 12 hole taper and taper grinding axis coincidence test concept,develop and improve the grinding and the research measures of hole,shaft angle error,path with its unique approach to analyze the causes of error and thus lead to solve the problem,provide some advices on the assembly structure of similar theory,also can be used for mechanical processing equipment,assembly and the use of reference and repair.
