摘要
针对机床运动部件在低速下的振动问题,在调试诊断的基础上,通过检测及对比分析,找到了诱发机床振动的原因,并针对性地采取了改善措施。
The vibration problem of moving part on the existing machine tool in a low speed is studied in this paper. Based on the diagnosis,detection and contrastive analysis,the cause resulted in vibration of machine tool is found,and relevant improvement measure are adopted.
