摘要
分析曲轴箱加工特点,设计一种立卧复合式多工位组合机床。该组合机床采用液压回转工作台,上设6个工位,几个工位可同时加工,同时又能装卸工件。整个加工过程只需装夹定位一次,可减少因装夹定位不一致造成的误差,使得加工产品的尺寸更加精确、质量更优,可节省生产成本,提高加工效率。
Analyzes the characteristics of the crankcase process,designs a kind of vertical and horizontal multi-station modular machine tool,which adopts hydraulic rotary table,with six process stations,several locations can be processed simultaneously,while loading and unloading workpieces. The whole processing procedure only needs clamping position once,can reduce the error of inconsistent clamping positioning,makes the size of the processing product more accurate and the quality better,can save the production cost,improve the processing efficiency.
