摘要
依据传统加工工艺生产出来的分体式复合扩刀在批量加工阶梯孔时出现了质量不稳定的问题,分析原因后发现了传统加工工艺有缺陷。对复合扩刀的传统工艺进行了优化。实践证明,优化后的工艺是可行的。
The quality is not stable when a great quantity of stepped holes is machined in using split composite expansion knifes which are machined according to the traditional processing technic. A defect in the traditional processing technic is found after analyzing reasons. The traditional processing technic is optimized. The optimized processing technic is proved to be true in practice.
