三刃可调深孔镗头设计

摘要 针对在液压缸深孔镗削中存在的镗偏、栽刀、辅助时间长等问题,提出了一种新型的三刃可调深孔镗头。这种镗头主要由周向呈120°分布的3把可调刀体、3个导向条和3个胶木支撑条构成,此结构有效改善了镗头体的受力状态,减少栽刀、镗偏等缺陷,可有效解决大缸径、大余量液压缸一次镗削成型问题。 Aiming to resolve the problems existing in boring of hydraulic cylinders,such as partial boring,collapsing and long auxiliary time,a new kind of adjustable deep hole boring head with three blades is proposed. This boring head consists of three adjustable blades in radial distribution of 120 °,three guide bodies and three bakelite supports. This structure can effectively improve the stress state of the boring head body,reduce the drawbacks such as partial boring,collapsing,and also can effectively solve the boring forming in one time problem of cylinder with large diameter and large allowance.
