摘要 提出一种基于分层图像采集和三维重建的刀具磨损检测方法,对刀具的磨损区域通过显微镜和摄像机进行分层拍摄采集图像,根据图像的清晰部分和模糊部分的判断对刀具磨损区域点的高度进行判断,清晰部分和模糊部分的判断采用各层图对应区域的像素的亮度方差进行相互比较的方式进行判断,对于各层图像不连续的部分采用高斯插值法进行插值,最终用Matlab对得到的数据进行三维重建,从而得到了磨损区域的三维形貌图,通过实验得到了车刀的磨损程度与切削时间的关系。该方法突破了传统的图像处理方法而只能得到刀具磨损二维图的局限性,将基于图像处理的刀具磨损检测拓展到三维,从而更为精确、具体地得到了刀具的磨损量。结果证明该方法简单,检测效率高,为提高机械加工质量进一步提供了保障。 Presents a new method for tool wear detection which is based on the images taken on different layers and3- D reconstruction,the images of the tool wear area are taken by microscope and camera,the clear parts and the obscure parts are detected based on the gray variance,and the discontinuity of the pictures are interpolated by Gaussian interpolation method,and the 3- D shape of the tool wear area is reconstructed with Matlab. Based on the experiments,the relationship between the degree of the tool wear and the cutting time is detected at last. This tool wear detection method has broken the limitation of the conventional image processing based methods that can only detect the tool wear area in 2- D,and it reaches 3- D,so it can detect the tool wear area more accurately and concretely. This method has been proved to be a simple and efficient detection method,so it can ensure the property of the machined parts.
