高职顶岗实习期间学习共同体构建研究——以涉农类专业为例

摘要 涉农类高职专业顶岗实习具有"行业相对集中、企业相对分散"的特殊性,实习岗位过于分散很难有效地指导和管理。实践证明:以"学习共同体"建设统筹顶岗实习的全过程,系统设计"一二三四五"模式的顶岗实习方案是提高涉农类高职专业顶岗实习质量的有效途径。 Internship of the specialties involving agriculture in higher vocational college has the particularity such as industry’s relatively concentrated and enterprise’s relatively decentralized.The internship positions are so scattered that it is difficult to be guided and managed effectively.Practice shows that building the learning community during internship and designing systematically " One Two Three Four Five" Internship Mode is an effective way to improve the internship quality in specialties involving agriculture in higher vocational college.
