Coordination Between Industry and City in the Construction of Industrial Park

在我国工业化与城市化的过程中,产业发展与城市建设的脱节现象已经成为一对比较明显的矛盾,这在城市新区建设和工业园区的发展中表现得尤为突出。产城协调是推进新型工业化与开发区建设的有效途径。我国工业化尚未完成,城市化发展正处于关键阶段,在新一轮新型工业化和开发区建设的过程中,应当注重产业发展与城市建设的有机结合,实现"双轮驱动",良性发展。

In the process of industrialization and urbanization in our country,the phenomenon of disconnectedness of industrial development and urban construction has been an obvious contradiction,which is especially prominent in the urban new district’s construction and industrial park’s development.Coordination between industry and city is an effective way to promote the new industrialization and development zone construction.Industrialization in our country has not yet been completed,the urbanization development is at a critical stage,In the process of a new round of new industrialization and the construction of development zone,the combination of industrial development and urban construction should be paid more attention to achieve " two- wheel driving" and the sound development.
