摘要
大学心理健康教育近年来在高校得到广泛发展,但多数学校还是把心理健康教育当成公共课程,没有形成完整体系,投入不高,在学生中的反响一般,以南昌商学院为例,探寻15年来在心理健康教育模式改革模式,形成完整的1+7多元教学模式,深受学生欢迎。
The psychological health education of colleges and universities in recent years has been developed greatly,but the majority of the colleges still regard the psychological health education as a public course with low investment instead of forming a complete system.The paper explores health education pattern reform mode in the recent15 years by forming 1+7 multiple teaching model general,taking Nanchang Business College as an example.
