高职院校内涵建设背景下的隐性思想政治教育育人对策研究

Recessive Ideological and Political Education Countermeasure Under the Background of Connotation Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教育担负着培养高素质技能型人才的使命,而目前我国高职教育发展的现状是起点低,增长快,内涵不足。因此高职院校要培养高素质合格人才,需大力加强内涵建设。作为高职院校的思想政治工作者,要利用内涵建设的契机,发掘内涵建设中的隐性思想政治教育资源,充分发挥教师、制度、校园文化等各种教育资源的育人功能。

Higher vocational education shoulders the mission of training skilled talents in high quality,however,at present there exist some drawbacks such as low starting point,fast growth and lack of connotation.To cultivate high quality qualified talents in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to vigorously strengthen the connotation construction.The higher vocational college ideological and political workers should explore the recessive ideological political education resources in the connotation construction,give full play to educational function of all kinds of education resources such as teacher,system and campus culture.
