摘要
介绍了利用三菱公司FX2N系列PLC对液体储油箱的自动控制,阐述了整个油箱系统的组成,液体油位的显示,进油与出油的控制,缺油与漏油报警,在控制系统的控制要求下,确定PLC的输入输出分配,梯形图的设计并进行联机调试。
This paper introduces the automatic control of liquid storage tank by using Mitsubishi FX2 N series PLC.It expounds the composition of the whole tank system,the display of liquid oil level,the control of oil in and oil out,the alarm according to lack of oil and oil leakage.It also discusses to determine the PLC input and output distribution under the automatic control requirements of the control system,design ladder diagram and on-line debugging.
