摘要
成长中的大学生在学习、交友、情感、求职等方面难免遇到心理困惑、精神压力和矛盾冲突。如何从思想上疏导学生的心理压力,促使学生健康成长成才,实现高校教育培养目标,是大学生思想政治教育的重要内容,因此心理疏导法的引入对大学生的思想政治教育工作具有特别重要的现实价值。
Undergraduates unavoidably meet psychological confusion,mental stress and conflict in their studying,finding job,making friends and emotion. It is the important content of political and ideological education on how to relieve the students’ psychological pressure to help student to grow up healthily and to realize the education training objectives. Psychological counseling has particularly it’s important practical value.
