大学生党员教育管理工作研究

Innovation Research on College Student Party Members’ Education Management

本文分析了目前学生党员教育管理工作中存在教育工作思想缺乏创新、教育工作形式缺乏创新、缺乏成熟的监督考核机制、教育工作的队伍力量薄弱等问题;针对存在的问题,从促进教育管理工作的思想创新、促进教育管理工作方式的创新、加强教育工作队伍力量、建立完善的监督管理机制等方面提出了解决措施。

This paper analyzes such problems existing in the education work in the student party members’ education management as the lack of innovation in idea and form,lack of mature mechanism of supervision and the weak power of ranks of education work. In view of the existing problems,the relevant solutions are put forward from promoting education innovation management of thoughts,promoting the education management mode innovation,strengthening education work team and setting up perfect supervision and management mechanism and so on.
