经济结构调整下湖南省高职专业结构优化分析

On the Optimization of Professional Structure in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hunan Province with the Adjustment of Economic Structure

湖南省经济结构调整下,高职专业结构应适应经济产业结构调整。在分析湖南省产业经济结构调整及高职专业结构发展情况下,提出加强高职院校专业布局的集聚性,建设一批与湖南支柱产业相适应的特色专业,提高专业管理和建设质量等湖南高职专业结构优化策略。

The professional structure in higher vocational colleges should adapt to the adjustment of economic structure in Hunan Province. After an analysis of adjustment of industrial and economic structure in Hunan Province and the development of professional structure in higher vocational colleges,this paper put forwards some strategies to optimize the professional structure in higher vocational colleges,i. e. strengthening the agglomeration of the layout of professions,building some special professions compatible with the pillar industries in Hunan Province and improving the quality of management and construction of professions in higher vocational colleges.
