Exploration on Post-practice in Enterprises of Higher Vocational Colleges’ Teachers

高职院校教师下企业顶岗实践既是提高教学质量的需要,也是服务于社会的必然要求,但当前教师对企业实践不够积极,顶岗实践缺乏完善的制度体系支持。因此,应对顶岗教师建立明确的激励机制,搭建双赢平台,提高企业参与积极性等措施,推动教师下企业顶岗实践。

Post-practice in enterprises of higher vocational colleges’ teachers is necessary to improve the teaching quality of teachers and serve the society. But now the teachers don’t take active attitude toward post-practice in enterprises,which lack of good supportive systems. Therefore,it is strongly recommended that the teachers should be encouraged to do post-practice in enterprises by adopting a series of effective measures such as establishing clear encouragement system for post-practice teachers,creating win-win platform for colleges and enterprises,and increasing enterprises’ participation.
