基于“院村合作”模式的高职农林类专业创新创业型人才培养探索

Innovative Entrepreneurial Talent Cultivation of Agriculture and Forestry Specialty in High Vocational Colleges Based on the Pattern of "College-village Cooperation"

娄底职业技术学院作为一所地方高职院校,为充分发挥其服务区域农村经济建设与农村人才培养的神圣使命,从2010年3月开始,以农林类专业建设为依托,在全国率先提出并实施了'院村合作'模式。'院村合作'富了村子的同时也为农林类专业创新创业人才培养搭建了良好的平台。放眼未来,娄底职业技术学院这种'院村合作'模式要真正发挥其在区域人才培养中的辐射带动作用与产生长远效用,需要政府、学校、乡村(或村办企业)共同参与,通力协作,结成利益共同体。

Loudi Vocational and Technical college,as a local higher vocational college,plays a role in the service of regional rural economic development and of rural talent cultivation. Since March 2010,based on the construction of agriculture and forestry,it first puts forward and implements the pattern of " College-village Cooperation",which make the villages rich,also provide a good platform for agriculture and forestry talent training. In the future,if this mode aims to play a leading role in the local talent training and have long-term impact,it needs the participation,cooperation of government,college and village or village enterprise,by forming a community of interests.
