高校文化是高校意识形态的重要组成部分,对提升高校教育管理水平,推进高校人才培养工作起着重要作用。当前,一些高校文化建设面临着一些问题,如部分大学生文化素质较为薄弱、部分高校教师文化素质有待提高、高校文化特色不鲜明等。以提升文化自信为导向,化解当前高校文化建设存在的问题,势在必行。因此,我们必须传承传统文化、弘扬红色文化、倡导先进文化、打造特色校园文化。

College culture,as an important part of the ideology of colleges and universities,plays an important role in improving the management level of education and promote the cultivating the talents in colleges and universities. At present,some problems exist in some colleges’ cultural construction such as: in some colleges some students’ cultural quality are not high,some teachers’ cultural qualities need to be improved,the college culture is not distinctive. It is imperative to solve the problems of cultural construction in colleges and universities in order to improve cultural confidence. Therefore,we must inherit traditional culture,carry forward the red culture,advocate advanced culture and build a distinctive campus culture.
