Constructing the College-enterprise Cooperation Platform to Innovate the Electronic and Information Technology Professional Personnel Training Mechanism

校企合作是高校人才培养的重要途径。文章分析了当前校企合作促进人才培养实践中面临的合作不够深入、政策法规不够完善、企业参与积极性不高等主要问题,并从完善校企合作政策、健全校企合作制度、形成校企合作文化、建立有效的校企合作运行机制等方面提出了构建校企合作人才培养促进机制的建议。

College-enterprise cooperation is an important way to cultivate talents in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the process of college-enterprise cooperation such as lacking the deep cooperation of cultivating the talents and the perfect policies as well as the enterprises’ active participation. Some relevant suggestions are put forward as follows: improving the policy and the system of college-enterprise cooperation,forming the culture of college-enterprise cooperation and establishing effective mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation.
