中等职业学校教学质量监控体系构建研究

Study on Construction of Teaching Quality Monitoring System in Secondary Vocational Schools

中等职业学校主要以培养实践应用型人才为主。教学工作是学校的主要工作,也是核心职能之一,而判断学校教育质量的关键标准就是教学质量。21世纪以来我国教育理念发生重大变化,人才的社会观念逐渐变化,从重视应试能力向素质方面转变,这极大地促进了中等职业教育的发展。如何确保中等职业学校教学质量就成了一个亟待解决的问题。本文基于教学质量监控体系展开研究,并提出有效的监控体系实施方案。

Secondary vocational schools mainly focus on cultivating practical talents. Teaching is the main work of the school,but also one of the core functions,and the key criterion to judge the quality of school education is the quality of teaching. Since the 21 st century,great changes have taken place in our educational concept,and the social concepts of graduates have been gradually changing from focusing on their test? skills to quality,which has greatly promoted the development of secondary vocational education. Accordingly,how to ensure the quality of teaching in secondary vocational schools has become an urgent problem to be solved. This article is based on the teaching quality monitoring system,and proposes a concrete implementation plan to effectively monitor the system.
