创新驱动转型背景下职业教育与区域产业结构调整对接的思考——以常德市为例

Thinking of the Connection Between Vocational Education and Regional Industrial Structure Adjustment Under the Background of Innovation Driven Transformation——taking Changde City for example

随着我国经济的快速发展,职业教育对国家创新驱动战略的实施和产业结构的调整至关重要。近年来,常德市的产业结构调整在有条不紊的节奏中逐渐向前迈进,在此过程中对专业人才的需求不断提升,为全市职业教育与产业结构衔接打开突破口;在创新驱动转型背景下,职业教育发展成为新的课题。文章分析了常德产业结构的现状以及常德职业教育与产业结构调整面临的问题,在创新驱动战略背景下提出了提升职业教育战略地位、拓展校企合作融合深度、适应产业结构变迁规律的建议。

With the rapid development of China’s economy,professional education is crucial to the implementation of national innovation-driven strategy and the adjustment of industrial structure. In recent years,the industrial structure adjustment of Changde City has been moving forward gradually in an orderly pace. In this process,the demand for professional talents has been constantly improved,which has opened a breakthrough for the connection between vocational education and industrial structure of the city. In the context of innovation-driven transformation,vocational education has become a new research subject. This paper analyzes the current situation of industrial structure as well as the existing problems while adjusting the education and industrial structure of Changde City. And some relevant suggestions have been put forward on such as improving education’s strategic status,expanding the depth of school-enterprise cooperation and integration,and adapting to the law of industrial structure change under the background of innovation-driven strategy.
