On the Coupling Between Industrial Structure Adjustment and Specialistic Setup of Higher Vocational Colleges in Changsha

从长沙市产业发展现状出发,分析长沙市市属高职院校专业设置现状及存在的问题。在此基础上从'瞄准经济发展战略、指引高职学院专业发展规划,对接《悉尼标准》、严格实施专业动态调整机制,优化专业结构、重点打造服务区域重点产业发展的专业群'等角度探究强化职业教育专业体系结构与产业结构的耦合路径。

From the present situation of Changsha’s industrial development,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of specialistic setup in higher vocational colleges in Changsha. On this basis,this paper explores the coupling path of strengthening vocational specialistic structure and industrial structure from the perspectives such as aiming at economic development strategy to guide the specialistic development of high vocational colleges planning,docking the Sydney Standards to strictly implement the professional dynamic adjustment mechanism,optimizing the professional structure to focus on building a specialized group to serve the development of key industries in the region.
