过敏性鼻炎患者外周血CD4^+T细胞表面信号淋巴细胞激活分子的表达 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨信号淋巴细胞激活分子(signaling lymphocytic activation molecule,SLAM)在过敏性鼻炎患者外周血CD4+T细胞表面的表达及意义。方法:选择18例过敏性鼻炎患者和16例健康体检者,淋巴细胞分离液分离提取外周血单个核细胞,流式细胞术检测CD4+T细胞表面SLAM的表达;同时,采用ELISA法检测血浆中Ig E的表达;分析CD4+T细胞表面SLAM表达与血浆中Ig E表达的相关性。结果:过敏性鼻炎患者外周血CD4+T细胞表面SLAM的表达水平明显低于健康体检者(t=2.29,P<0.05),而Ig E水平明显高于健康体检者(t=2.740,P<0.01);过敏性鼻炎患者血浆中Ig E的表达与CD4+T表面SLAM的表达呈负相关(r=-0.484 8,P<0.05)。结论:过敏性鼻炎患者外周血CD4+T细胞表面SLAM表达降低,在一定程度上可反映疾病的严重程度。 Objective: To explore the changes of signaling lymphocytic activation molecule( SLAM) expression on CD4+T cells surface in patients with allergic rhinitis and the relationship between SLAM expression and the disease state. Methods: Eighteen patients with allergic rhinitis and sixteen healthy controls were enrolled in the study. PBMC were isolated from the whole blood by Ficoll gradient centrifugation. The expression of SLAM on CD4+T cell surface was assessed by using flow cytometry,the expression of plasma Ig E was tested by ELISA. Then we analyzed the correlation between SLAM expression and plasma Ig E level. Results: Compared with the healthy controls,the expression of SLAM on CD4+T cell surface was significantly decreased in allergic rhinitis patients( t = 2. 29,P < 0. 05),but the plasma Ig E level was significantly increased( t = 2. 740,P < 0. 01); and there was a negative correlation between SLAM expression and plasma Ig E level( r =-0. 484 8,P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Patients with allergic rhinitis showed low expression of SLAM in CD4+T cells in peripheral blood,which might reflect the disease severity to some extent.
