基于层次分析法的区域配送中心选址优化研究

为解决区域配送中心选址难题,提出基于层次分析法的区域配送中心选址优化方法,并以国内电子产业信息集团W公司为例,分析W公司原有的物流网络实际情况,按照W公司的RDC建立要求,解决了RDC在全国的选址问题。在确定RDC选址城市过程中,运费率是通过四大工厂与一部分地区间的运费率估算得来,对运输总成本的计算存在一定误差,但由于同一片区域间各地区的运费率相差不大,对RDC备选城市间的比较影响不大。

In order to solve regional distribution center location problem ,the paper proposes a regional distribution center location based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process optimization method ,and domestic electronics industry Informa-tion Group W’s case ,analysis W’s existing logistics network actual situation ,according to the W’s the RDC establish re-quirements to address the siting of RDC in the country . In determining the location of the city during the RDC ,freight rates by four factories and part of inter -regional freight rate estimates come ,to calculate the total cost of transportation there are some errors ,but because among all regions with an area of freight rates do not differ large ,relatively RDC alter-native cities had little effect.
