浙江省小微企业转型升级策略研究

Research on Transformation and Upgrading Strategies for Small and Micro Enterprises in Zhejiang Province

分析了浙江省小微企业现状,指出了新常态下浙江省小微企业转型升级所面临的机遇与问题,提出了政府层面落实扶持政策、营造转型升级氛围,企业层面多方联合协同创新、强化知识产权保护、提升经营管理能力、加强人才队伍建设、塑造企业诚信形象、拓展融资渠道等对策措施。

The present situation is Analyzed for small and micro enterprises in Zhejiang Province . And the opportu-nities and problems are pointed out faced by the transformation and upgrading of small and micro enterprises in Zhejiang Province under the new normal. It is proposed that the government should to implement policies to support and create the transformation and upgrading of the atmosphere . And enterprise should to take the following strategies ,such as multi joint collaborative innovation , strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights , improve management capabilities , strengthen the construction of talent team ,build corporate integrity image and expand the financing channels.
