摘要
介绍目前船舶常用的VISATRON系列VN215/93油雾浓度探测器基本结构和特点,提出新船安装过程中管理人员应注意的细节。结合说明书要求和船舶实际情况列出故障清单和处理方案,重点对装置常见的"负压低"和误报警等故障做了分析,并提出相应的解决方案。根据使用情况提出加强日常维护保养和定期测试的建议,特别加强装置气源管理等。
The paper,gives a brief introduction to the basic principle and the structure of VISATRON VN oil mist detector commonly used on ships. Combining with the actual use,the recommendations on enhancing the daily maintenance have been put forward and key points of management has been summarized. Moreover,It has also analyzed the frequent malfunctions of device and proposed the corresponding solutions.
