现代学徒制人才培养模式策略探析

The Research of Strategy of Modern Apprenticeship Training Mode

现代学徒制是传统学徒制与现代职业教育相结合、校企合作培养学生(学徒)的职业教育制度。目前,由于蓝领工人社会地位不高,参与企业太少,其积极性不高,现代学徒制教学质量无法保证,没有得到社会的广泛认可。为此,提出了针对蓝领工人、高职院校及参与企业的现代学徒制发展策略。

Modern apprenticeship is the combination of traditional apprenticeship and modern occupation education,the occupation education system cultivates students( Apprentice) by school and enterprise. At present,the social status of blue- collar workers is not high,quantity of participating enterprises is too little and the enthusiasm is not high,quality of teaching can not guarantee,modern apprenticeship has not been widely recognized by the society. Put forward the development strategy of the modern apprenticeship for blue collar workers,higher vocational colleges and enterprises.
