摘要
针对目前部分高职学生存在职业发展方向不明确,学习动力不足的现象,提出将职业生涯规划教育融入专业课程的课堂教学,并以《通信线路工程与施工》课程为例,介绍如何在课堂教学中嵌入职业规划教育,使学生了解相关岗位的迁移与晋升,明确自身今后的职业发展,从而树立课程学习的目标,激发内在的学习动力。
In response to the phenomenon of vocational students lacking of learning motivation and career development direction,this paper puts forward the career planning education into the specialized class. Taking the course of 'Communication Line Engineering and Construction'as an example,this paper introduces how to embed the vocational education in classroom teaching. It enables students to understand the promotion of related positions and clear their future career development. Thereby,students can set up the goal of learning the course and stimulate the intrinsic motivation.
