摘要 借鉴新加坡南洋理工大学、南洋理工学院等高等院校关于教师培养发展的成功经验,通过提升我国高职院校教师教育教学技能、构建多学科人文知识、建设有效评估和激励机制、提升教师心理收入等途径,以培育教师具有以学习者为中心、教师职业的身份认同感和社会服务意识的三大核心价值观,从而构建一支"师德高尚、教学水平高、服务意识强"的新时代高职教育的专业化师资队伍。 From Singapore Nanyang Technology University,Nan Yang Polytechnic and other institutions of higher learning about the successful experience of the development of the teacher training,by improving the teaching skills of our teacher education in Higher Vocational Colleges to construct interdisciplinary humanities knowledge,building effective evaluation and incentive mechanism,improving the teachers' income and other ways to cultivate teachers with learner centered,teacher occupation Identity three the core value of identity and awareness of social service concept,professional teachers so as to build a new era of higher vocational education a"noble morality,high teaching level,strong sense of service"
