借鉴新加坡南洋理工大学、南洋理工学院等高等院校关于教师培养发展的成功经验,通过提升我国高职院校教师教育教学技能、构建多学科人文知识、建设有效评估和激励机制、提升教师心理收入等途径,以培育教师具有以学习者为中心、教师职业的身份认同感和社会服务意识的三大核心价值观,从而构建一支"师德高尚、教学水平高、服务意识强"的新时代高职教育的专业化师资队伍。
