局部锈蚀钢箱梁腹板抗剪承载力数值模拟研究

摘要 以局部锈蚀的钢箱梁为研究对象,通过数值模拟分析,对比锈蚀体积损伤程度、几何尺寸等参数对局部锈蚀影响下钢箱梁腹板抗剪极限承载力的变化趋势的影响,提出全面衡量局部锈蚀钢箱梁腹板抗剪极限承载力的合理参数,并通过数据拟合,获得用于局部锈蚀作用下计算钢箱梁剩余抗剪极限承载力的公式,公式值较为保守,具有充足的安全储备。 Numerical simulation were carried out on local corroded steel box girders.Parameters including the degree of pitting corrosion volume and the dimension of the girders were investigated to clarify their influence on the shear resistance of web panels.A rational parameter was proposed to thoroughly describe the influence of local corrosion on shear resistance of steel box girder web,thus a formula was then obtained by data fitting method to predict the residual shearing resistance of local corroded steel box girder web.Moreover,the value calculated by the formula is conservative enough to guarantee safety.
