基于自媒体的大学生思想政治教育工作创新研究

Research on the Innovation of College Students’ Ideological and Political Education Based on We-Media

伴随现代信息技术的迅猛发展,以微博、微信等为代表的自媒体已成为高校师生信息获取和思想互动的重要载体。故主动借助自媒体技术开展大学生思想政治教育自然成为当前高校思想政治工作的重要举措。自媒体技术的发展和应用给大学生思想政治教育工作带来崭新契机的同时亦有严峻挑战。基于此,要创新工作理念,积极树立平等和谐的思想政治教育观;创新工作载体,着力增强思想政治教育的说服力和战斗力;创新工作方式,着力构建全方位、立体化、互动式的思政工作格局;创新工作机制,着力构建思政工作的良好生态,从而提升大学生思政工作的针对性和实效性。

With the rapid development of modern information technology,We-Media,such as weibo and wechat,has become an important carrier for information acquisition and ideological interaction between teachers and students in colleges and universities.Therefore,the high efficiency We-Media technology is expected to play an important role in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Even though the development and application of media technology has brought new opportunities to the ideological and political education,there are also some serious challenges.To deal with these challenges better,we should innovate in working concept and establish an equal and harmonious ideological and political education concept;renew the work carrier,and focus on elevating the persuasiveness and combat effectiveness of ideological and political education;Innovate in the work style,and focus on building a comprehensive,three-dimensional,develop the ideological and political work pattern;innovate in the working mechanism and focus on building a good ecology of ideological and political education to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the Ideological and political education in colleges.
