摘要
目的 :探讨复方丹参对兔激素性股骨头坏死内皮细胞分泌一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)、血管紧张素 (Ang )、血管紧张素 (Ang )的影响。方法 :2 8只兔随机分为三组。正常对照组 8只 ;模型组 1 0只 ;模型加复方丹参组 (简称复方丹参组 ) 1 0只。实验动物第 2、4、8周 ,放射免疫检测血浆 NO、ET、Ang 、Ang 的浓度。结果 :模型组第 8周 NO、Ang 水平较对照组降低明显 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而随激素应用时间的延长 (2、4、8周 ) ,NO水平逐渐减少。第 8周 ET、Ang 水平较对照组升高明显 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1 ) ,而且随激素应用时间的延长 (2、4、8周 ) ,ET、Ang 水平逐渐增高。复方丹参组第 8周 ET、Ang 水平较模型组降低明显 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :激素性股骨头坏死中血管内皮功能受损 ,复方丹参能部分保护激素性股骨头坏死血管内皮功能受损状态。
Objective:To study the Effect of Danshen on vessel endothelium cell NO?ET?AngⅠ?AngⅡ in Steroid-induced Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head (INFH)Methods:28 rabbits were distributed into three study groups:contrast group,model group and Dan-shen group,vessel endothelium cell function (NO?ET?AngⅠ?AngⅡ) were observed at 2?4?8 weeks.Results:Vessel endothelium function Changes:NO and AngⅠlevel was signifcently lower in model group than in control group (P<0.05) along with the time of Hydropredison injecting (after 2?4?8 weeks of usage),NO level gradually decreased,although ET and AngⅡ level increased (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the INFH,disorder defect of vessel endothelial cell were the cause of thrombosis in femoral head ourish vessel,which can be prevented by dan-shen.
