中药内外兼治治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese herb's Internal and External Treatment on Osteoarthritis of Knee Joint

目的 :观察内服关节通片加外用骨伤外洗剂壹号治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 :将 2 2 7例患者随机分为三组 ,治疗 组 75例内服关节通片同时外用骨伤外洗剂壹号 ,治疗 组 80例单纯内服关节通片 ,对照组 72例内服布洛芬 ,疗程 1个月。结果 :治疗 组总显效率、总有效率明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;治疗 组总显效率明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,总有效率优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :关节通片治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效优于布洛芬 ,而内服关节通片加外用骨伤外洗剂壹号的疗效更佳。

Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of oral administration of Tablets for Activating Joint and external application of Osteoarticular Injury Lotion I in the treatment of osteoarthritis of Knee joint.Methods:Two hundred and twenty-seven patients were divided into groups vandomly. The treatment groupⅠ(75 cases)was treated by oral medication of Tablets for Activating Joint combined with external application of Osteoarticular Injury Lotion Ⅰ, the treatment group Ⅱ(80 cases)was dealed with oral medication of Tablets for Activating Joint alone, the control group(72 cases)just with oral medication of Brufen Tablets. Each of Treatment course was one month.Results:The remarkable effectual and effective rates of the treatment group Ⅰ are significant high than those of the control group(P<0.01).The treatment groupⅡis high than the control group in remarkable effectual and effective rates(P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively).Conclusion:The curative effect of Tablets of Activating Joint is excellent than that of Brufen Tablets in the treatment of osteoarthritis of Knee joint,and is more excellent if be combined with external application of Osteoarticular Injury Lotion Ⅰ.
