两种根管预备器械根管清洁能力的扫描电镜观察

The SEM evaluation of root canal preparation using Profile and K file

目的 :比较Profile机用根管预备器械与手用K锉预备根管后 ,根管内壁清洁度的差异。方法 :选择 4个无龋、因牙周病而拔除的恒磨牙的弯曲根管 (弯曲度 15°左右 ) ,随机分为两组 ,分别以Profile机用根管器械与手用K锉预备根管 ,预备完成后纵向剖开根管 ,常规制备扫描电镜标本 ,观察比较根管壁的残屑和玷污层。结果 :Profile组根管壁的残屑多为Ⅱ级标准 ,玷污层多为Ⅲ级标准 ;手用K锉组根管壁的残屑多为Ⅲ级标准 ,玷污层多为Ⅲ、Ⅳ级标准。结论 :Profile机用根管预备器械根管清洁能力优于手用K锉。

AIM:To evaluate the difference between the Profile instrument and the K file on cleaning of the root canal walls.METHODS:4 extracted cariesless molars with curved root canals (curving around 15 degrees) for periodontal reasons were randomly divided into 2 groups of two samples each.After prepared with K file or Profile instrument, the root canals were cut longitudinally and processed for SEM observations.The canal walls were examined for debris and smear layer.RESULTS:The debris of root canal prepared with Profile graded the second level, and the smear layer graded the third level. The debris of root canal prepared with K file graded the third level, and the smear layer graded the third and fourth level.CONCLUSION:The Profile produced cleaner root canal walls than the K file.
