摘要
目的 :研究不同类型牙本质湿黏结剂的黏结强度及影响因素。方法 :分别测试两类 5种牙本质湿黏结系统的微拉伸强度 ,结合各自黏结界面的SEM和TEM观察结果 ,分析不同类型黏结系统的黏结强度与黏结界面微观形态之间的关系。结果 :以丙酮为溶剂的黏结系统的强度高于以乙醇和水为溶剂的黏结系统 ;通过扫描电镜对试件的破坏方式进行观察 ,发现微拉力测试时黏结破坏主要发生在黏结界面中。结论 :微拉伸强度的测试结果更接近于真实的黏结强度 ;在所测试的黏结系统中 。
AIM:To study the bonding strength and affected factors of different wet-bonding systems.METHODS:Microtensile strength of 5 wet bonding systems were measured with Instro 1195, and the bonding interface were observed with SEM and TEM.RESULTS:Acetone-based adhesives have higher microtensile strength than alcohol-water-based adhesives. Bonding destroy occurred almost in the bonding interface.CONCLUSION:Microtensile strength approach to the real bonding strength.The acetone-based adhesives have higher microtensile strength than the alcohol-water-based adhesives.
