超声洁治和局部用派丽奥治疗人工冠和固定义齿引起的慢性牙周炎

Effects of ultrasonic scaling and perrioline on chronic periodontitis

目的 :评价采用超声龈上洁治术和 2 0g/L盐酸二甲胺四环素 (派丽奥 )治疗人工和固定义齿引起的慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法 :将 3 0个由人工冠和固定义齿引起的慢性牙周炎患牙随机分为超声龈上洁治组和派丽奥组并在基线和治疗后 1周、12周时检查患牙的临床指标。结果 :两种治疗方法均可使菌斑指数和牙龈指数等指标改善。结论

AIM:To evaluate the effccts of mechanical c le aning using ultrasonic sealing and local delivcry of 20 g/L minocyeline gel on c rown and fixed partial dentures with chronic periodontitis.METHODS:30 crowns and fixed partial dentures with chronic periodontits were random ly assigned to receiving either 20 g/L minocyeline gel treatment or ultrasonic s caling treatment.All parameters including plaque index(PlI),probing depth(PD)of pocket,gingival index (G1)were measured at baseline,1 and 12 weeks after trea tment.RESULTS:Statistically significant decreased (P<0.0 5) in GI and PII in both groups.CONCLUSION:Both 20 g/L minoc yeline gel and mechanical cleaning using ultrasonic subgingical scaling can be s afely and effectively used in the treatment of crown and fixed partial denture w ith chronic periodontitis.
