Exploratorium Cookbook Ⅰ,Ⅱ & Ⅲ are handbooks of exhibits which always carried out the educational concepts of Frank Oppenheimer. There are at least two things to consider in the production of exhibits: the exhibits not only reveal the nature of many interesting phenomena,but also provide us with the outline of conceptual thinking. Operating an exhibit is just like doing a scientific experiment,in fact,it delivers the scientific inquiry practice from the scientists to the audience learning.
