科技馆展教能力建设的实践与思考

The Practice and Thinking for the Construction of Educational Capability in Science and Technology Museums

科技馆教育功能的实现,其核心在于展教能力建设。本文总结了近十年中国科技馆展教能力建设的思路与经验,提出科技馆展教能力建设模型,重点探讨了其中发展能力建设的内涵;以中国科技馆展教中心为案例,分析了展教能力建设的三方面内容,即研究、制度及实践,并面向未来提出人才培养、服务供给及教育管理三方面的思考。

The key,which is important for realizing the educational function in science and technology museums,lies in the capability construction of their educational service.This paper summarized capability construction experiences of educational service in China Science and Technology Museum(CSTM)in the past ten years,proposed the model of capability construction for educational service,and probed into the connotation of development ability.Taking CSTM as an example,this paper also analyzed three aspects of the capability construction in educational service,namely research,system and practice,and gave suggestions in the personnel training,activity supply,and the service management toward the future.
