科技博物馆展览资源建设:“人”比“物”更重要

The Construction of Exhibition Resources in Science and Technology Museums:Changing Focus from “Objects”to “People”

一些科技博物馆关注展览、展品的建设,却忽视展览设计团队的建设。在调研中发现:展览质量与水平的高低,更多地取决于博物馆设计团队的能力与水平。根据实践体会、案例分析、专家见解和对展览设计工作内容的分析,证明提升展览的质量和水平应从提升博物馆设计团队的能力入手,展览资源建设重点应由'物'→'人'转变,并分析了当前我国科技博物馆展览设计能力的短板。

Some science and technology museums focus more on the development of exhibitions and exhibits,but less on the exhibition design team building.While existing surveys have shown that the quality and level of exhibitions depend heavily on the capacity of museum design teams.Based on the analysis for practical experiences,typical cases and the work content of exhibition design,as well as with experts’perspectives,this paper proposes that the quality and level of exhibitions should be enhanced by improving the capacity of museums’design teams.Meanwhile,the focal point of exhibition resources building should be changed from'object'to'person'.This paper also analyzes the short board of exhibition design capacity in domestic science and technology museums.
