摘要
本文介绍了一种新型大电流脉冲调制器件——双间隙伪火花开关,它利用介电材料沿面放电进行触发,双间隙导通脉冲大电流,可以用来调制不低于50kV、50kA的脉冲,并能直接用于替换氢闸流管以及高气压火花隙。本文就双间隙伪火花开关沿面放电的三种触发材料进行了相关研究,确定了氮化铝-碳化硅材料具有优良的触发性能与机械性能,解决了触发单元成品率较低的问题,实现了双间隙伪火花开关的产品化。
The paper introduces a new pulse modulation device-double gap pseudospark switch,which uses dielectric material for triggered discharge along the surface.The double gap can be used to conduct large current pulse.At present,the switch has been developed to modulate a pulse more than 50kV,50 kA,and it can be directly used to displace thyratron and high pressure spark gap.The paper studied on three surface flashover trigger materials for double gap pseudospark switch.The result confirmed that the material AlN-SiC has a better trigger behavior and mechanical behavior,which can solve the problem of low finished product ratio of trigger unit.The products of double gap pseudospark switch has been realized.
