摘要
本文介绍了一只S波段5.5MW高功率脉冲磁控管的研制,该磁控管主要用于电子直线加速器的高功率微波源。文中阐述了研制过程中一些主要技术问题解决方案、部分模拟计算和制管测试结果。该管测试性能与e2v同类型管对比,各项参数基本一致,可以实现无缝替代与工业化量产。
An S-band 5.5MW high power magnetron is presented in this paper,which is mainly used for linear accelerators as a high microwave power source.Solutions of some important technical problems, parts of simulations,final results are presented at the same time.Comparing with the similar magnetrons from E2V,our products have same parameters behaviorwhich could achieve seamless substitution of E2V Magnetron perfectly and industrialized mass production.
