摘要
本文完成了一种6.5~18GHz大功率双脊波导魔T的仿真设计、结构振动模态分析、样品制造以及冷态和热态参量测试。实测性能为:端口驻波比优于1.55,合成臂幅度一致性优于0.2dB,合成臂相位一致性优于3°,E-H臂隔离度优于31.5dB,平衡臂隔离度大于19.3dB,200W连续波大功率下的合成效率达到86.9%;分析得到常压下峰值合成功率容量达到16kW,结构的一阶模态频率为5975Hz。该魔T适用于6.5~18GHz超宽带大功率合成应用。
A 6.5~18GHz double-ridged waveguide magic T has been researched in this paper by simulating design,structure vibration mode analysis,sample fabrication,and cold and hot parameter test.The test results are:ports VSWR below 1.55,synthetic branches amplitude balance error is less than 0.2dB, synthetic branches phase shift inconsistency is less than 3°,E-H isolation exceeds 31.5dB,synthetic branches isolation exceeds 19.3dB,200 Wcontinuous high power combining efficiency exceeds 86.9%.The analytical peak combination power capacity at sea level of this magic T reaches 16kW;the first order vibration mode frequency is 5975Hz.This magic T is suitable for 6.5~18GHz ultra broadband high power synthesis appolication.
