Evaporation of Osmium-Coated Dispenser Cathode

摘要 阴极的蒸发是微波管在使用过程中出现打火、漏电等现象的主要诱因,也是制约阴极寿命的最主要因素。理清影响蒸发的各种因素,能够有效控制蒸发、避免有害现象的发生,提升阴极的寿命。本文主要针对覆锇阴极,从机理的角度出发,重点对温度、孔度、覆盖度、膜层、盐的耗尽对蒸发产生的影响及蒸发与时间关系等进行了分析,并对测量阴极蒸发的方法做了简单介绍。 Cathode evaporation is the main inducement of spark and electric leakagein microwave tubes,it's also the main factor which restrict the cathode life.It's effective to control the evaporation,increase the cathode lifetime and avoid the harm by making all the factors infecting barium evaporation.Focusing on the osmium-coated dispenser cathode,this paper putts emphases on the analyzing the temperature,the porosity,the coverage,the film,the active materials consuming and the relationship between the evaporation and time,and also make a brief description about the measurement of cathode evaporation.
