小型化宽带行波管的可靠性试验研究

本文介绍了小型化宽带行波管可靠性寿命试验情况。通过对初始总样本为8支的行波管进行实验室长时间同时工作,进行累计工作时间10000h的定时结尾试验,未出现失效情况。完成定时结尾试验后抽取其中4支行波管继续试验,目标是行波管全部寿命终止,目前累积试验时间30530h;通过数据分析的方式对该行波管的平均无故障工作时间进行了预测。

This paper introduces reliability lifetime testing of miniaturized broadband traveling-wave tubes.Eightsample TWTs are chosen for laboratory long time simultaneous working.No failureoccurred after accumulative 10,000 hend test.Four of them will continue to work with a target of life exhaustion.30530 hhas been accumulated to date.The mean time between fault(MTBF)was also predicted based on the experimental data.
